What do you like?
The schedule is easy to use and the patient information is precise not too complicated
What needs work?
Sometimes when I want to scan a document it seems to disconnect from the scanner and it logs off. I would like a reminder on Recalls instead of looking it up by date. I use my program in Puerto Rico and it is not compatible with the Health Insurances here in the island. It will be of great help if this issue can be fixed.

What do you like?
Very user friendly and affordable....Updates and new features are occurring all the time to keep with changing technology. Gabie is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you. Was able to integrate with the staff and other doctors with little computer background and they were up and running in a couple of weeks. So implementation and training went quickly and smoothly and we didn't skip a beat when ICD 10 came along as well
What needs work?
Could use a few more features on the financial report but otherwise offers everything and beyond what I need

Easiest Transition Ever

Truly can't say enough about the ptogram and the support. My office had a very easy transition to the EHR world. I had done so much research and listened to about 10 webinars from different companies before choosing Liquid. I have no doubt I made the right choice!

What do you like?
Coming from a person that had never worked on any EHR software, I was very nervous and skeptical about the transition to EHR. I was AMAZED at how this company truly walks you through each and every step, from what equipment to purchase, to what the proper steps are in a corporate setting for adding the DSL lines, to the software download and undeniably the most AMAZING support team ever. I have not had one problem with the software and the ease of use on each screen makes for a very fast eye exam. I had my staff sit in on all training sessions and if one person missed something, another person was able to explain it. So glad I did that!
What needs work?
Apex EDI, the clearinghouse for insurance, has been a little bit hard to figure out. I thought they would do some navigating and legwork as to why certain claims were declined but they leave all that up to you.

Slit lamp exam section relies on free-text for anything that is not a pre-selected option. This is OK, but some common exam findings are not pre-selected options (like conjunctival papillae or corneal ulcer)

What do you like?
The customer support is amazing! They call back within a few minutes and are always very patient. They are normally closed on the weekends but offered to help me on a Sunday when I needed the VA chart done. The System is very user friendly. The Doctors and staff love the system. It was very easy to train on and we have even switched over to a 20 minute schedule within a few months due to the ease of the program.
What needs work?
I am looking forward to email/text reminders in the future for confirmation/reminder of appointments
