| Pros | The hardware is great, consistent, reliable. Lots of driver choices. Small footprint. |
| Cons | The software the comes with it is second-rate at best. Duplex requires their software. If you scan to pdf, it saves as both jpg and pdf, so you have to clean it up later. |

| What do you like? | Good licensing, nice staff. 6mo updates are sufficient |
| What needs work? | Serious setup can take days. V8.0 fixed many of the issues and features the userbase asked for 1-2yrs ago. Reporting and datamining leave practice management challenging, mainly because of database structure. |
