I need more time to fully utilize/explore the capabilities of this software. No other problems.
If you are not comfortable with the maintenance aspect of databases, backing up hard drives etc you may want to look into their web-based version.

Overall solid program. I just works. I would agree with previous reviews that the support staff is excellent. They are extremely open to any suggestions that would make the software better. I have had times where I suggested an improvement and it was available via a software update the same day!! I would describe MVE as a company that is big enough to have the technical capabilities to implement suggestions and solve problems but not too big that they are overwhelmed and unable to adapt or adequately support their users. No experience with web-based version but if you are looking for that option it is my understanding that it is available. For the most part training is not needed (was offered but I did not feel I needed it) as overall the software is designed in a logical manner but you can be assured that the support team is available for any questions that pop up. |
