What do you like?
This is the worst software - we got it 10 years ago - they sold us a "white elephant". The imaging server is Linux based running on an old kernel. You cannot hyper link to a note and you cannot cut and paste impressions. The ICD9/CPT codes have to be entered into both the Intergy EHR and Intergy modules doubling work time. They recently had an upgrade and did not warn us of this this until the whole system crashed. Suddenly many of the medications are getting deactivated on its own. We use an Internet based server which they provide and what I type on my keyboard shows up about 5-6 seconds later on the screen - its a total mess. Now they have merged/sold out to GReenway - the program needs a major redesign and redevelopment. The problem with many practitioners is that once you are in it you can never get out of it. Support is poor and they tag on charges for every little thing so beware and read every line on your bill.
What needs work?
I do not recommend this software for anyone. They were well aware of a previous porr comment and they never attempts to come in and try to see what my problems were. "Customer Service"!!

NOTHING! Don't waste your money on this!!
What needs work?
I bought this software on a recommendation of a computer friend of mine. I am sorry I took his advice. This is the WORST company to work with. It took the 1 year (yes, you read right) to get me implemented. The templates are hard to work with and are not easy to customize. You cannot enlarge the font or the pages. The hardware (fujitsu)is also bad. It is hard to work quickly with their templates. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!. They rarely answer emails or phone calls. Dont bother leaving a message on the phone. After 3 months of having an ope n ticket (I emailed them to get the upgrade) they sent me a reply stating "Since we have not worked on your problem, we are going to close this ticket and you will have to request another ticket to get the upgrade". Seriously? Please do NOT waste your time on this expensive piece of crap.
