EyeCodeRight Online Announces Release of RevolutionEHR Version 4.1.0

The first web-based software for optometric practice management and electronic health records (EHR) has been released to version 4.1.0.  This release represents the 29th scalable version of RevolutionEHR since its release on June 1, 2007.  This first-release software is accessed by any computer at any time via encrypted 128-bit technology over high speed internet connectivity.
RevolutionEHR v4.1.0 performs the duties of analyzing an optometrist's documentation within the EHR to provide a 99000 E&M code recommendation consistent with the landmark 1997 Documentation Guidelines.  Additionally, Service Trigger coding allows a user to assign a CPT Service/Procedure code to any of the software's array of optometric tests, assuring that the doctor properly codes each of the services that have been performed during the patient encounter.
