EHR Review

Experience 3-6 Months

What do you like? Looks. Ability to attached recall and diag code from EMR.
What needs work? We had the program for about 3 months with consistent problems.

To keep this short, in my opinion the program is simply not ready for use as of this writing. Astounding amount of errors and bugs. Unfinished features were found which we were not made aware of before purchase. While the support staff is nice it does not negate we were sold a program in a very fragile state.

After 2.5 months we cancelled our account (they did refunded our money).

I looked at a lot of EMR programs. Some were too big and complicated, some were great but too expensive for a 1 FT/1PT doctor's office... I have everything I need and was able to afford it. My new part time doctor was using the system after 1 day!!! And he likes it better than the one at his other office. I am just getting set up to bill electronic claims... I'll let everybody know how that is working for me soon.
