Duplicate entry

I have always found the history section a little redundant. The medical history asks for diseases etc. But then I feel like I am doing it a second time by adding it again in review of systems. Is it necessary to do it twice? Do you have a system to avoid doing it twice?

what bothers m is not to much the 2nd "category" but that the 2 are not intertwined by the software. If I choose Diabetes in health history, why isn't that automatically chosen in ROS? Or if I'm in ROS and choose Diabetes, why do I then have to delete "Endocrine" from the ROS text as being normal? Software should be smarter than that...

Very good question and something that would be brilliant and I speculate that it would be fairly easy to program.
