Reichert AT 555 and EW

Does anyone have this unit hooked up with EW?

I finally got it to transfer, but EXTREMELY disappointed that I needed a 'work around'.

This topic was NOT found in their knowledge base or any written articles. I will contact them (OM/Reichert) about it, but I thought I'd post here to see if anyone has any similar issues.

The 'work around' was that I had to change the settings from single measurements to average of 3 measurements on the AT-555. From what I have discovered, it does not transfer when it is set to single readings.

The transferred number is ONLY the average reading. This is disappointing because an erroneous measurement will be factored into the final number recorded into the software.

The paper print out is fine and I wish it transferred only the 3 readings actually taken.

Another disappointing issue is that it transfers as military time.
